  • Having that perfectly straight cake is very important, especially if you are planning on covering it with fondant. Even a tiny bump on the cake surface may turn into a moon crater once a layer of fondant touches it. Make sure you know how to prepare your cakes for a clean and flawless fondant work any professional could be proud of.
  • A step-by-step demonstration on how to fill your cake, assemble it properly and prepare it to be later covered with fondant to achieve a clean professional look: straight lines and razor sharp corners with no sagging or bulging with any type of filling.
  • I will also share with you my personal super-safe bullet proof multi-tiered cake internal support system method, cake packaging and transportation safety tips.

Please, note: this is a live demonstration/discussion session, not a hands-on class.
An attendance certificate is issued to every student.

HOW TO REGISTER:

You can either register for a class if it is already scheduled and listed on class shedule page, or leave your name in the News Subscriptions form on the left and I will notify you when a new class is cheduled so you may be the first to register.

I now offer group registrations for classes with discount depending on number of registrants.

Full payment is required at the time of your registration.

Please, note: if no payment or response is received within 3 days after your register, it will be canceled automatically and your place would be offered to someone else interested in this class.
